I stumbled upon the pure African Mango extract diet pills (Irvingia gabonensis) quite recently actually, the African Mango diet pill is a new weight loss treatment, and I'm here to report back on how it's worked for me in the last couple of months...
Firstly, I like the idea of diet pills. Swallowing a couple of pills a day takes up almost no time at all, and I live a busy life working a 9-5 job, so it would be ideal for me...That is assuming they actually work!
Anyway, getting down to it. Here's my informative report on African Mango, based on how it's worked for me, and featuring information about it...
How the African Mango extract functions
African Mango is extracted from the seeds of, you guessed it, the African Mango fruit, which is usually from countries in West Africa.
Tests on the African Mango seeds suggest that they hinder body fat production by working on genes and enzymes that control our metabolism.
If you want a bit more detail, it acts on 'leptin', which is a hormone that tells lets us know when we've had enough to eat, so African Mango also works as an appetite suppressor.
Their studies show that it reduces cholesterol as well, and finally, improves the bodies detox processes of flushing out toxins.
African Mango extract research
Professors at the University of Yaounde in Cameroon made the main study that the people selling this stuff refer to as evidence that the African Mango extract works.
102 overweight or obese adults took African Mango extract or a placebo for 10 weeks, 2 pills a day, which is the regular dose.
By the end of the study, the ground that took African Mango extract had lost a total of 28 pounds, while the placebo group had not changed weight.
Both groups maintained their typical diets and exercise routines. The group that took the African Mango extract also, all noticed declines in LDL, which is bad cholesterol, and improvement in their blood glucose levels.
I thought I'd buy the pills to do my own test, and said to myself, that if I can achieve at least 5lb of weight loss in a month, they will be worthwhile for me.
During this month I kept the same diet and mild exercise routine as always to make it a fair test.
I managed just over 11lb, and I'm really pleased with this! 11 lb of weight lost without having to change my lifestyle at all!
Are there any side effects to African Mango?
Well if there are, I couldn't find a single report of any when searching Google, and I know a fair bit about African Mango extract now.
To be honest, you only need to use common sense to think about this. The mango is widely reported as a safe and healthy fruit to eat. Any pill extracted from it is likely to be safe. And there have been a couple of doctor indorsements that there are no side effects at all!
Summary of Benefits
Here is a summary of what you get from that little African Mango bottle...

Conclusion
The African Mango diet pill has worked well for me. It's not been some miracle cure for weight problems, but has provided about 10-11lb of weight loss month on month. The pill's only existed since October 2010, so you will struggle to find much scientific data about it. But why not just check out their site and maybe try a small supply, so if they work for you too!
I've been using these pills for three months now and lost 33lb without making any new changes to my lifestyle at all!
I recommend that you stick with your exercise and dieting regime, if you have one, and buy some of these pills to test out, see if they can work for you too.
Check out all the feedback on the homepage, these pills are working for a lot of people, and at the very least, give them a shot. You can get a 3 month supply of African Mango for the price of a 2 months supply, which will give you plenty of time to test them out, so check out their sales page!
Demand for these pills is exploding right now, and honestly, it's not all hype, give them a go before they go up in price!

They will charge your credit card $80 or more, sometimes within days of ordering, and often before you even receive the “free trial”. AND, they send you crappy product which cost about 1/2 as much to produce. They say they just charge you for shipping. In reality, once they get your credit card number they will charge you. You don’t realize they have signed you up for a subscription because they bury it in the fine print in their terms and conditions. There will either be noone to contact, or, when you call their customer service number to get return authorization you are http://www.africanmangosiparis.com/ put on hold and shuffled between different people until you give up. Don’t believe me? Before you purchase, call or email them and ask them to please stop sending the product. You will get the runaround.
